Grant-man turned 2 on June 25. We thought it would be fun to have a waterslide in the backyard, so our neighbors generously let us borrow theirs, but Grant didn't want to go near it. All the other kids had fun on it. Grant loved the presents and the cake. I have learned that a two-year old is content with the first present they open. You shouldn't try to get them anything else because they only want to play with that first one. Grant-man is so much fun! We can finally understand most of what he says and he loves to sing.

You have such a beautiful family, Jess! I didn't realize that my Mia and your Grant are so close in age. Mia just turned 2 on the 3rd.
